Anthony Quinn

Anthony is the founder and driving force behind QNY, with more than 20 years of experience across construction, development and project management.

Combining practical expertise with visionary thinking, he bridges the worlds of builder and developer, remaining personally involved in every project to ensure the highest standards are upheld.

His career journey spans from on-site labour through to construction law and property strategy, giving him a rare and comprehensive perspective. This depth of knowledge enables Anthony to deliver projects that are not only technically sound but also refined in design and enduring in value.

Anthony’s passion for architecture, construction methodologies and long-term quality underpins every QNY development.

Construction Manager

With a breadth of experience delivering complex, design-driven projects, Andrew brings precision to every stage. His approach blends technical mastery with an instinct for elegant, high-quality delivery.

From planning and procurement through to delivery and handover, Andrew’s oversight provides projects with the foundation they need to exceed expectations. His particular strength lies in managing complex details and navigating constrained urban sites with composure and foresight.

Chris Spies

Commercial Manager

Chris demonstrates a rare balance of technical precision and genuine care in the way he ensures every QNY project is delivered with financial integrity and absolute attention to detail.

Collaborative and grounded, he works closely with QNY’s Estimator and Leadership team to align numbers with vision — delivering outcomes that are transparent, efficient and backed by on trust.

Chris‘ calm, considered approach reflects  QNY’s commitment to doing things properly — with heart, rigour and respect.

Senior Site Manager

Justin’s leadership is defined by empathy and experience. Decades in residential and mixed-use delivery show through his ability to balance design intent, on-site logistics and human dynamics.

David Westlake

Senior Estimator

Drawing on years of pre-construction and cost-planning experience,  Dave underpins QNY’s ability to deliver with precision and confidence.  His practical understanding of how design decisions play out on site brings clarity and consistency to the pre-construction process — right through to delivery. He combines technical precision with sound judgment, ensuring every budget is both realistic and respected.

Known for his methodical approach and sharp technical insight — and just enough humour to keep even the toughest budget meetings light — his solutions-focused outlook and ability to anticipate challenges before they arise make him an invaluable part of the pre-construction process, helping set each QNY project on the path to successful delivery.
